With a change-oriented perspective, Hilal prioritizes discovery, development, learning and innovation in both her career and private life.

After graduating from Hacettepe University, Department of English Linguistics in 2010, she worked in various initiatives in the field of European Union exchange projects. During her 10-years story at TürkTraktör, she played leadership roles in many end-to-end teams such as talent management, business partnership, training and development, performance and employee engagement.


In 2019, she took part in the establishment of the TürkTraktör Agile Transformation team and simultaneously promoted the scrum master role of the People and Culture team. Since then, she has been the product owner of the ‘Employee Experience Design team’, which has been dealing with the agile design of all processes that touch people, for the last 2 years.


She always likes to take part in social responsibility projects, develop value-adding applications and introduce a new product.

A Story of Change: What We Have Unlearned and Discovered on “YOL”

Speech Abstract :

Agile transformation is a story of change including critical dimensions like culture, leadership, human behaviors, practices and processes inside an organization. And every organization needs to adapt its own way and principles.

Having carried out the first agile product development and being the pioneer of its sector, TürkTraktör defined this transformation journey as “YOL” with the ideas of all employees. YOL is not describing only the journey, but also symbolizing a deep meaning with its letters: Yenilikçi (Innovative) – Omuz Omuza (Shoulder to Shoulder) – Limitsiz (Limitless). This session will be an enjoyable experience sharing with unlearns and discoveries related to Culture, Leadership, Organizational Structure and HR Processes on the “YOL” of TürkTraktör.
