Head of Talent Strategy and Development at Vodafone

Sevil Kayaş Yılmaz has over 15 years of experience in Human Resurces. She has led various roles in multinational companies in different industries and managed global projects from change management perspective.

She is leading the Head of Talent Strategy and Development role in Vodafone Turkey where she is responsible for development of a comprehensive talent strategy that is fully aligned with company’s business strategy. She helps to shape the culture of the company in creating a highly engaged and valued working environment. She is responsible for providing strategic guidence and leadership for specific aspects of human resources function; Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Frontline Capability Development, Learning&Development and Diversity&Inclusion to support business strategy. Additionally she is taking an active role in Agile Transformation of the company managing Agile Coaches to accelerate the business and people performance and enabling the cultural change to adapt to the new way of working. She is currently working on re-designing of core human resources policies, especially performance development and career management bringing skill-based management approach.     

She was graduated from İstanbul University Industrial Engineering Program and completed her master degree in Human Resources Management and Development in Marmara University. She is married and has two children.
